Text messaging terms

Program. Alston Wealth LLC sends text messages to people who give us their mobile number and agree to receive texts, for example through the chat box on our website or a sign-up form. Messages include replies to your questions, appointment and call confirmations and reminders, and occasional updates you asked for.

Consent. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything or working with us.

Message frequency varies based on your conversation and appointments.

Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.

To stop, reply STOP to any message. You'll get one final text confirming you've been unsubscribed, and no more texts after that. To start again, reply START.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
